Goals:

This is an (72.0) hour mentoring and training program sponsored by AHOP University (Ministries of AHOP). The Christian Development Associate Degree (CDAD) program is a learning-based program conferred by Christian Service Training Institute (CSTI), endorsed by the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI), approved by CAMFT. While anyone desiring mentorship can take our courses and programs, this course is designed to assist Licensed Professionals LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs, LEPs and is an approved program through the CAMFT and (coaching concepts) Learning Alliance which will emphasize and enhance the core components of faith based leadership, coaching and counseling within the functional areas of individual leadership, team leadership, as well as strategic and critical thinking. Through this program you will gain the necessary understanding to pass the ‘CDAD’ certification process (included with the program structure) by learning what it means to COUNSEL, COACH, MINISTER, and/or LEAD from a faith based perspective, respectively; moreover, understanding the processes that make an effective faith based COUNSELOR, COACH, MINISTER, and/or LEADER and applying PEAK Learning concepts to recognize, analyze, and prepare yourself on how to identify and intervene with a faith-based persons living with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm habits, abuse survivors, domestic violence, substance abusers, anger management issues, fear, shame, post traumatic distress, panic and any disorder on levels through the certification experience. ·       “CHRISTIAN DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES DEGREE” (4) FOUR PAYMENTS OF $199.21 (Easy Pay Option) WITH A DOWNPAYMENT OF $250

Certificates: Course Completion certificates will be  awarded at the end of the course in exchange for a completed evaluation form and per syllabus course requirements. Attendance records will be kept for 1 year for those who need to request a duplicate certificate of completion.

This course meets the qualifications for 72.0 credit hours (384 CEU’s) of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
